Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements: All music lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time. Lessons may be booked via our online scheduling system. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson start time in order to avoid any charges. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will incur a charge for the full duration of the lesson, as the time is considered reserved for the student. Emergency Exceptions: In the event of an emergency, a cancellation within the 24-hour window may be considered without charge. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by appropriate documentation. No-Show Policy: Students who fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will be charged the full lesson fee. Rescheduling: In the event of an unavoidable conflict, students may request to reschedule their lesson, subject to availability and the 24-hour notice period.
